Good video…thanks for sharing. You know…one of my biggest flaws as a “professional” anything is my fear of making the wrong decisions and screwing things up. My boss knows this about me and once told me, “If you’re never failing, you’re never learning. I don’t want you never to make mistakes, I just want you to learn from them.”

I love this video. I want to add that JK Rowling and many other extremely successful authors have been rejected by publishing houses before publication. Sometimes it is not failure, but others perception of who you are and what you do. Sometimes you just need to find the right outlet.
Great to remember always.
